OTC Analyst with Slovak and English

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Carrying out cash collection tasks, including following up with customers and managing open receivables.
Processing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and working to reduce overdue payments.
Assisting the AR team with maintaining payment methods and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through consistent communication.

Proficiency in English at B2 level and Slovak at C1/C2 level.
Solid understanding of the MS Office suite.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within Accounts Receivable (AR) or other finance and accounting domains.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
Familiarity with accounting principles is an advantage.
Higher education in accounting, finance, or completion of relevant accounting courses is desirable.
