Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Carrying out cash collection tasks, including following up with customers and managing open receivables.
- Processing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and working to reduce overdue payments.
- Assisting the AR team with maintaining payment methods and ensuring smooth financial transactions.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support decision-making processes.
- Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through consistent communication.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English at B2 level and Slovak at C1/C2 level.
- Solid understanding of the MS Office suite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within Accounts Receivable (AR) or other finance and accounting domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
- Familiarity with accounting principles is an advantage.
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or completion of relevant accounting courses is desirable.
