Responsibilities:
- Managing activities in the German language.
- Overseeing and collecting all outstanding accounts receivables.
- Preparing and presenting reports on collection activities and progress.
- Handling cash application.
- Managing deductions.
- Reviewing and unblocking orders.
- Reviewing credit limits.
- Performing period/year-end closing activities for the Invoice to Customer process.
- Creating and updating process documentation.
- Building relationships with external customers.
- Maintaining and reconciling AR accounts.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in the OTC domain.
- Proficiency in English and German at a minimum B2 level.
- Proficiency in Excel (report generation, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Higher education (a background in accounting/finance is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and a strong desire to learn and develop.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
