OTC Specialist with French

Location:

 Remote vacancies.

Responsibilities:

• Processing cash applications
• Managing cash collection
• Handling deductions
• Reviewing credit limits
• Supporting legal actions and insolvency cases managed by local Accounts Receivable
• Preparing monthly reports to assist the Accounts Receivable Lead
• Compiling monthly booking files
• Conducting special analyses requested by the Accounts Receivable Lead to support decision-making
• Actively assisting with end-of-quarter and year-end financial close tasks for the Accounts Receivable subledger

Requirements:

• University graduate.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in an OTC team.
• Working hours: 2 PM - 10 PM.
• English and French language proficiency at least at B2 level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork abilities.
