Responsibilities:
- Handling collections.
- Managing disputes.
- Reconciling customer accounts.
- Daily collaboration with the client’s team.
- Managing entities primarily in European countries, mainly France and Belgium.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in F&A processes (OTC/AR).
- Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing, speaking) at a minimum B2 level.
- Higher education degree.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and result-focused.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to see both the overall picture and data-specific details, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork skills.
