OTC Specialist with Italian

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Recording incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts.
• Managing deductions and credit memos.
• Overseeing cash collection activities.
• Releasing sales orders held due to credit issues.
• Preparing and posting manual payment transactions.
• Generating internal and external financial reports.
• Monitoring and managing customer credit limits.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Italian at a minimum B2/C1 level
• A degree in accounting, finance, or completion of relevant accounting courses is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, specifically within the OTC domain
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles
• Hands-on experience with the SAP system
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and resolving issues
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage daily priorities
