Obowiązki

  • Posting incoming payments and reconciling accounts
  • Managing deductions and credit items
  • Handling cash collection activities
  • Releasing blocked orders
  • Preparing and posting manual payments
  • Preparing internal and external reports
  • Managing customer credit limits

Wymagania

  • Proficiency in Italian at minimum B2/C1 level
  • University degree in accounting/finance or completed accounting courses would be an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, especially in the OTC (Order-to-Cash) area
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP system
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving approach and customer orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
