P2P Accountant with German

Location:

Vacancies open in: Katowice, Kraków.

Responsibilities:

• resolve discrepancies related to transactions, payments, and accounts,
• handle vendor and customer inquiries via phone and email,
• review financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies,
• assist with the use and troubleshooting of financial software,
• maintain accurate records of resolutions and all related interactions.

Requirements:

• proficient in both German and English at B2 level,
• around 6 months of relevant experience in roles such as invoice processing, vendor management, or reconciliations,
• experience with SAP is advantageous,
• strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• a bachelor’s degree or current student status.
