Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely handling of incoming purchase order (PO) and non-PO invoices, credit memos, and related accounts payable documents.

Perform reconciliations of accounts payable ledgers and compile regular AP reports, including Aging, Goods Received/Invoice Received (GR/IR), and reconciliation summaries.

Prepare and process payment runs efficiently and on schedule.

Maintain and update internal process documentation and desktop procedures to align with current workflows.
-
Provide supporting documents for audits and assist team members with similar audit-related tasks.

Support business units, central teams, colleagues in the AP department, as well as Team Coordinators and Team Leaders with various ad hoc assignments.

Identify and suggest improvements to existing processes, and contribute to implementing enhancements.

Carry out other responsibilities connected to the accounts payable function as needed.
Requirements:
-
A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable discipline.

Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Previous exposure to finance or accounting roles within a Shared Services Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment is preferred.

Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written, ideally at B2+ or C1 level, with confidence communicating in an international setting.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

Excellent organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
