Responsibilities:

• ensure efficient operations, compliance with IATF 16949, workplace safety, and timely deliveries to clients,
• manage daily operations and optimize collaboration across group locations,
• achieve strong financial results (EBIT, NWC) through sustainable cost and performance management,
• implement systems that boost productivity, flexibility, and profitability,
• strengthen team engagement and foster a culture of continuous improvement,
• lead organizational transformation toward a flat, lean, and employee-driven structure.

Requirements:

• experience in plant management within the automotive industry,
• strong leadership and change management skills and demonstrated experience in establishing culture changes,
• proven ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement, creation of sense of responsibility and open share feedback,
• customer-, quality- and shop floor/people orientated mindset,
• strong team building, decision-making, and people leadership skills,
• appropriate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
