Responsibilities:
- Handling order confirmations.
- Processing orders in the Jaggaer system.
- Expediting orders.
- Verifying and prioritizing delivery dates with suppliers.
- Resolving blocked invoices.
- Updating information records.
- Maintaining daily communication with suppliers and the client.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German and English (at least B2 level).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, or Customer Service.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Team player with great collaboration skills.
