QA Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities:

Service Management & Delivery

• Manage service pipelines, including demand and capacity planning,
• oversee delivery management processes to ensure project success,
• generate and maintain service health reports,
• maintain and update the Quality Metrics Dashboard,
• review and sign off on service delivery,
• establish and enforce centralized strategy and standards,
• facilitate interactive knowledge management practices.

QA Pre-Sales Support

• Analyze and confirm customer needs,
• assess feasibility of applications and projects, recommending best practices and tools strategies,
• conduct automation and performance demonstrations,
• develop and showcase success stories (both internal and external),
• support marketing campaigns, mindshare, and best practices promotion.

Test Automation Proof of Concept (PoC)

• Define the scope and objectives for automation PoCs,
• implement PoC solutions for test automation,
• present PoC demonstrations and highlight realized benefits.

Requirements:

Experience: 12-15 years in software testing, QA automation, or related fields,

Certification: TOSCA Certified,

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in test automation frameworks,
• hands-on experience with TOSCA automation tools,
• knowledge of best practices in QA and automation strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities,
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
