Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support and expert guidance to team members on R2R (Record to Report) processes, including closing activities, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, VAT handling, and bank-related operations.
- Review and approve complex journal entries, accruals, provisions, and allocations in line with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile high-risk and medium/high-risk balance sheet accounts and monitor period-end close progress.
- Initiate and process complex accounting entries based on non-standard events and accounting rules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address escalations, manage audits, and ensure high-quality financial deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the R2R process by leveraging modern financial tools and technology.
- Support internal reporting, data analysis, and preparation of R2R performance statistics.
- Lead or contribute to internal projects, supporting process standardization and transformation efforts.
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of professional experience in the R2R area, including demonstrated subject-matter expertise in financial closing and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Practical knowledge of accounting standards and financial controls.
- Prior experience managing internal projects or processes in collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
