RTR Specialist with Spanish

Responsibilities:

Execute and support period-end closing activities in accordance with established timelines and accounting standards.
Monitor the progress of the closing cycle and coordinate with Finance Controllers and Process Owners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare and process complex General Ledger journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and allocations.
Manage the reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
Process fixed asset entries and monitor related transactions and budgets.
Generate and deliver operational reports to support financial insights and business decisions.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Record-to-Report (R2R) area or similar finance function.
Fluent Spanish and good command of English (spoken and written).
Solid understanding of accounting principles and period-end processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to independently manage and prioritize daily responsibilities.
Proficiency in using standard finance tools and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
