Raporting accountant with Dutch

Preparation of annual financial statements for designated entities in accordance with legal requirements and cooperation with external auditors.

Preparing tax declarations and supporting the tax department with corporate income tax calculations.

Creating reports for works councils.

Participation in quarterly closing processes, implementing and maintaining internal controls for key accounting processes.

Ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements.

Month-end closing for responsible entities, including currency revaluation and foreign exchange difference analysis.

Preparation and execution of monthly reporting activities.

Analysis, reconciliation, and control of general ledger accounts and cost centers, including payroll postings.

Resolving current issues and participating in ad hoc projects.

Preparing SOX-compliant controls and statistical reports.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Proposing and implementing improvements in systems and procedures.

University degree in a relevant field or appropriate certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment.

Experience in preparing annual financial statements (partial experience is also welcome).

Very good command of Dutch and English (minimum level B2).

Excellent communication skills enabling collaboration with people at various levels of the organization and in different locations.

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Proactive attitude.

Knowledge of SAP (preferred).

Good organizational skills.
