About the employer:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial development strategy for the DACH region.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies.

Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, architects, and project developers.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.

Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align offerings with market demands.

Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal company standards.

Lead a team of 4-5 area managers, with potential to expand as the organization grows.
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in the flooring or interior finishing industry.

Proven success in working with developers, investors, and key decision-makers in the investment and construction sectors.

Strong knowledge of the DACH market and an established professional network in the region.

Experience in managing and motivating small to mid-sized sales teams.

Fluency in both German and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

High degree of autonomy and willingness to travel regularly within the region (approximately 50% of the time, including some international travel).
