Risk Analyst

We’re looking for a sharp-minded analyst with a passion for data and a strong understanding of financial and commodity risk. In this role, you’ll be supporting key stakeholders by monitoring raw material positions, ensuring fair valuation of our Central & Eastern European portfolio, and helping us make better business decisions through clear and insightful analysis.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor daily risk exposure in the CEE region, factoring in volumes, pricing, and FX movements.
• Lead monthly fair valuation of the regional commodity portfolio and explain key drivers of valuation changes.
• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Sourcing, Pricing, FP&A, and IT teams in a matrix environment.
• Support tracking of price lists, inventory value, and audits for selected Western European markets.
• Deliver clear, actionable analytics and reporting that help guide business strategy.
• Provide insights to sourcing and finance partners on unrealized results from raw material trading and hedging.
• Assist in ad-hoc analytical requests related to new sourcing initiatives and process improvements.
• Contribute to the ongoing optimization of reporting tools and data management.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of finance experience, ideally in commodities trading, procurement finance, or food manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, SAP, BW/BO, Power BI, and large data handling.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a drive for accuracy and consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• IFRS knowledge is a plus, but not a must.
