Responsibilities:
- mainly responsible for business related to OE products for European Customers,
- Cost Review/Analysis, Quotation for new programs or change managements, including Quote letter, Cost break down and necessary documents for bidding,
- commercial negotiation and other necessary activities as a Sales Manager,
- working with the international teams,
- working with the customer for specific processes and tools (logistics, quality, change management, etc.),
- acquisition of new programs to increase product portfolio,
- activities to gather market intelligence and deliver to the marketing team,
- build a trustful and long term relationship with the appointed customer,
- close cooperation and coordination with other internal departments such like Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc.
Requirements:
- having work experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive industry or equivalent careers such as Engineering, Project Manager, quality, Cost Estimator or Program Manager in automotive industry or equivalent industry,
- successfully finished studies in economics or engineering for a Bachelor,
- very good knowledge of MS-Office tools, in particular Power Point and Excel,
- basic technical knowledge and attention,
- fluent German or English language skills are mandatory,
- french or Italian language skill is an advantage,
- strong mind and working attitude to succeed tasks,
- high understanding of work within multicultural environment,
- flexibility to extend the work scope if required,
- assertive person with very good communication and organizational skills,
- team-minded, reliable and flexible talent.
