About the employer:
Our client is a well-established company specializing in the production of high-quality roofing and construction materials. In addition to its core business, Budmat is actively expanding into the renewable energy sector, developing large-scale photovoltaic solar farms that contribute to the transition towards green energy solutions.
Responsibilities:

identify, engage, and develop relationships with investors interested in large-scale photovoltaic projects in Germany,
-
drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing,
-
develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet company targets,
-
conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and investor needs,
-
collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, legal, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution,
-
attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay ahead of market trends,
-
travel within Germany (approx. 2 days per week) to meet with investors and key partners,
-
maintain a detailed sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Requirements:
-
proven experience in sales of large-scale renewable energy projects, specifically photovoltaic or wind farms,
-
strong network of investors and key decision-makers in the renewable energy sector,
-
excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills,
-
solid understanding of the German renewable energy market, regulations, and incentives,
-
ability to work independently and remotely while managing a high-performance sales strategy,
-
willingness to travel approximately 2 days per week within Germany,
-
fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
