About the employer:
our client is a Poland-based manufacturer specializing in custom-designed medals and trophies for various events and occasions. They offer a diverse range of products, including bespoke medals, high-end metal trophies, and eco-friendly wooden awards.
Responsibilities:
- actively acquiring new clients in the Czech market,
- building and maintaining long-term business relationships,
- updating and managing the client database,
- preparing commercial offers and negotiating cooperation terms,
- analyzing the market and monitoring competitors' activities,
- achieving sales targets and reporting results.
- organizing meetings with clients (both in the office and externally),
- participating in industry events, trade fairs, and conferences,
- managing CRM system activities on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
- experience in sales and business negotiations,
- knowledge of sales techniques and relationship building,
- strong organizational skills and time management,
- proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, CRM, Excel, Word),
- familiarity with the Internet and social media platforms,
- czech - fluent (mandatory),
- english - communicative (for contact with headquarters).
