Sales Representative | REMOTE (from Bulgaria)

You will be responsible for global projects for the largest companies in the world in the field of software, internet marketing, internet platforms and devices.

What are your responsibilities?

• sell products/services and upsell to customers, both inbound and outbound,
• make daily outbound calls/emails, connect with decision-makers, establish rapport, and understand their needs,
• describe technical products/solutions and their benefits to businesses of various sizes and industries,
• meet or surpass monthly sales targets,
• address minor technical setup issues or direct them to the appropriate teams,
• handle customer renewal sales, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and close deals before contracts expire,
• analyze market trends, customer performance data, and dynamics to identify opportunities and devise plans for maximizing results,
• maintain and update daily renewal opportunities in the CRM system.

You are a perfect fit if: 

• have a minimum of one year experience in sales- related area,
• are fluent in English and/or French/Spanish,
• have exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills,
• have an experience in SSC/BPO area, 
• have solution-oriented mindset.
