Responsibilities:

  • Build value-driven relationships with new and existing customers to ensure their success with digital tools and solutions.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing tailored recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by prioritizing high-potential accounts and presenting relevant products and services.
  • Research customer contracts, purchasing history, and external sources (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo) to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress, forecasts, and strategy to leadership.
  • Execute marketing-qualified leads within defined service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences, including resolving subscription-related issues and organizing product demos.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction levels (CSAT) while achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Requirements: 

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or account management
  • Fluency in German and English at a minimum C1 level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including exceptional written abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage pipelines and work efficiently with CRM tools.
  • Experience in a B2B environment and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
