Senior F&A Business Analyst / Project Controller with German

Reponsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of project revenue, service costs, and gross profit/margins; proactively initiate and oversee corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams when needed
• Process and post financial documents in SAP using automated transaction workflows
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial reports using SAP and Excel to support controlling and decision-making activities
• Participate in regular client meetings to ensure alignment, provide updates, and address any financial queries or concerns

Requirements:

• Proficient in German (minimum B2 level) with a strong willingness to use the language in daily business communication
• Proven experience in controlling or in a business analyst role
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in end-to-end finance and accounting processes (e.g., Record to Report and Procure to Pay)
• Solid working knowledge of SAP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and various functions
• Experience in Power Bi would be an advantage.
