Senior Full-Stack Engineer / Team Lead with .Net

Responsibilities:

• Technical leadership, evaluate, architect and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions for our clients
• Lead cross-functional team
• Build development plan for team members
• Develop and deliver software solutions for the clients
• Collaborate with team members on project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, platforms and processes to determine the best fit for new projects
• Share knowledge and know-how of software best practices inside and outside the team
• Stay on top with latest technologies
• Work as part of a team, as well as independently work toward assigned goals
• Mentor less experienced team members 

Requirements:

• extensive experience building backend services with C# .Net,
• 5+ years of experience in software development,
• high personal code/development standards and practices (peer testing, unit testing, code reviews),
• strong experience with at least one of the frontend frameworks,
• experience in Azure cloud environments,
• strong experience of databases,
• experience in Agile development environment,
• fluent communication in English,

Nice to Have Skills:

• frameworks: EntityFramework or any other ORM,
• client-side: React, Redux,
• tools: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Jira,
• CI / CD: Azure DevOps, Terraform,
• source Repositories: GitHub,
• hosted on: Azure,
• databases: MS SQL, Cosmos DB,
• other fun stuff: Docker, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Functions.
