Senior Java Developer & Team Lead

Responsibilities:

•  participating in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives,
• designing and developing software,
• participating in code reviews and providing feedback to other team members,
• continuously improving the software development process and practices,
• communicating with stakeholders and other team members to ensure project goals are met,
• keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve the software and the development process,
  

Team Management: 

• managing the software development team,
• participating in hiring processes,
• contributing to the team's growth.

Requirements:

•  experience in managing an engineering team,
• experience in Java development,
• experience in Agile processes.
