Responsibilities:

  • participation in implementation projects,
  • designing new solutions based on customer requirements,
  • delivering comprehensive solutions during the implementation of ServiceNow products,
  • implementing business functions on the ServiceNow platform,
  • developing the platform and recommending improvements to customer solutions,
  • resolving new or unresolved incidents that may impact system performance,
  • identifying and eliminating recurring issues by analyzing their root causes,
  • conducting investigations into critical incidents and determining their root causes to prevent recurrence,
  • testing patches and updates in a non-production environment before deploying them to production,
  • ensuring the system functions correctly after applying updates,
  • monitoring the proper functioning of all ServiceNow APIs and detecting potential failures,
  • reviewing and updating catalog items to align them with business changes,
  • verifying the correct execution of fulfillment tasks related to catalog items,
  • maintaining up-to-date documentation of configurations, integrations, and processes,
  • reviewing custom scripts (such as business rules and script includes) for effectiveness and best practices,
  • optimizing or refactoring code that may cause performance issues.

Requirements:

  • French at B2/C1 level,
  • previous experience in ServiceNow administration,
  • good knowledge of JavaScript,
  • experience in the software upgrade process (ServiceNow),
  • experience in implementing ServiceNow products such as ITSM, Discovery, and CMDB,
  • knowledge of ITIL or experience working with ITIL processes is a plus,
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certificate is a plus,
  • English is a plus.
