Responsibilities:

• develop and maintain a holistic, integrated view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology domains,
• drive business transformation initiatives by designing solutions that extend beyond IT systems, ensuring long-term value and sustainability,
• deliver high-level business and technology architecture consultancy to clients, helping them align IT strategy with business goals,
• act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority, contributing to the design of ITSM solutions based on the ServiceNow platform,
• support bid activities by shaping technical solutions and assisting with proposal presentations to prospective clients,
• lead or contribute to the development of innovative digital offerings, delivering complete enterprise-grade solutions,
• play a key role in implementing complex, large-scale enterprise solutions, ensuring quality and strategic alignment,
• contribute to market-facing thought leadership by developing expert insights and, where relevant, presenting at industry events,
• collaborate closely with client stakeholders including Customer Managers, Architects, SMEs, Solution Designers, and senior executives.

Requirements:

• proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on architectural leadership,
• demonstrated ability to design architecture for core ITSM as well as at least two additional ServiceNow modules/features (such as Service Catalog, ITOM, HR, SAM, ITBM, or Orchestration),
• strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders,
• skilled in developing and presenting business cases, strategic solutions, and recommendations; able to build team consensus and create prototypes for proposed approaches,
• capable of designing technical solutions that align with client business needs, providing architectural and detailed design input,
• cxperienced in leading projects and teams within complex and dynamic environments, demonstrating resilience and ownership,
• very good knowledge of English(spoken and written).
