Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• design, develop, and deliver software solutions tailored to client needs,
• collaborate with team members to define project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables,
• actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives,
• assess and select tools, frameworks, platforms, and methodologies to ensure the best fit for new projects,
• share expertise and promote software development best practices within the team and across the organization,
• stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends,
• work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals,
• provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members,
• align with project stakeholders to manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables,
• serve as a key point of contact for incoming requests and technical inquiries. 
   

Requirements:

• strong background in building backend services using Java frameworks, preferably Spring,

• commitment to high coding and development standards, including peer testing, unit testing, and code reviews,

• experience with at least one frontend framework,

• hands-on experience working with cloud environments,

• solid knowledge of databases and data management,

• familiarity with Agile development methodologies,

• fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
