Solution Architect

The client is an IT services provider specializing in software development, IT consulting and digital transformation. It helps businesses improve operations and customer experiences through custom solutions, cloud services and data analytics.

 We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Solution Architect, who combines technical expertise with an understanding of manufacturing processes and can design scalable analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making. Experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• design and test technical architecture,
• connect with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify problem areas,
• propose IT solutions that address product challenges and align with business goals,
• contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance data product architecture,
• develop and review code,
• ensure comprehensive IT documentation,
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational efficiency,
• develop an understanding of the existing IT infrastructure and actively seek improvements,
• streamline workflows by implementing innovative technical solutions,
• engage with stakeholders and update them on development progress and costs,
• support the product in achieving short- and long-term objectives,
• regularly evaluate existing and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• experience as a solution architect in data and analytics environments, preferably in pharma or manufacturing,
• understanding of manufacturing processes (make, assess, release) and tools like ERP, MES, LIMS,
• hands-on knowledge of BI and data platforms: Tableau, Snowflake, AWS, SQL, SAP BO, SAC, Talend,
• ability to design efficient data architectures focused on self-service BI and GMP reporting,
• familiarity with MIS and MARC or similar manufacturing support tools,
• experience working in agile (Scrum, SAFe) and matrix-based environments,
• strong soft skills: communication, collaboration with PMs, technical and business teams, systems thinking,
• interest in emerging technologies and the ability to develop solution roadmaps,
• intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a passion for delivering business value through technology,
• experience with diagramming and UI design tools (e.g., Draw.io, MS Visio, LucidChart),
• knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and the drug development lifecycle is a plus,
• familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and databases,
• understanding of process optimization and deployment,
• willingness to work across multiple products within the organization.
