Supply Chain Specialist with Spanish

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Managing PR analysis, purchase orders, quote creation, export control licenses, material sales, substitutions, SO/STO processes, return orders, and delivery coordination.
• Monitoring delivery timelines and addressing missing parts or disputes.
• Collaborating closely with front office contacts and focal points for complex cases and updates.
• Maintaining optimal stock levels using the SAP system.
• Documenting procedures and promoting best practices.
• Participating in internal and client meetings.
• Engaging with suppliers and clients on daily operations.
• Meeting business and individual performance targets (SLAs).
• Ensuring process efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
• Identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles or negotiations.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to engage with clients via phone and email.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and handling ad-hoc responsibilities.
• Background or education in procurement, logistics, or supply chain is a plus.
• Language skills: Spanish at C1 level and English at a minimum of B2.
• Familiarity with SAP is a nice advantage.
