Responsibilities:
- creating and maintaining accurate plans for finished goods within the assigned supply network, ensuring alignment with demand requirements,
- overseeing the availability of finished products in the markets, focusing on a planning horizon of 1 to 14 weeks and collaborating closely with schedulers, call-off planners, and deployment planners,
- proactively monitoring inventory levels and making strategic decisions to prioritize shipments based on customer needs,
- managing transportation logistics by addressing potential issues, including delays or capacity limitations, and ensuring smooth delivery processes,
- developing detailed release schedules and accurately forecasting transportation requirements for upcoming weeks to maintain efficiency,
- escalating and communicating any challenges related to capacity or material supply to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and prompt resolution,
- continuously working to enhance customer service levels by optimizing supply chain processes and addressing any service gaps.
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (FMCG or Pharma industry preferred),
- ability to build effective connections with European factories,
- practical ability to handle crisis situations (e.g., stock shortages),
- high resilience to stress and ability to work under pressure,
- willingness to develop as a team manager,
- very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, minimum level B2+.
