Responsibilities:

• meet goals, follow processes, and ensure policies are applied,
• share updates from senior management and help implement strategies,
• spot areas for improvement and suggest changes,
• manage daily operations, track team performance, and meet slas,
• support and coach team members, including agents and specialists,
• assist the deputy general manager in client meetings and solving issues,
• prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly),
• conduct training sessions and help with team development,
• screen candidates for recruitment,
• solve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction,
• drive ongoing improvements and share best practices.

Requirements:

• education: bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (preferred),
• experience: 5+ years in similar roles, including 2+ years in leadership, bpo, or sales. experience with global teams is a plus,
• language: advanced english (c1 level),
• technical skills: familiarity with google cloud products is a bonus.

• ability to develop team members and plan for their growth,
• strong coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
• creativity and teamwork to improve business processes,
• organized and able to work independently under deadlines,
• comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled at managing performance.
