Responsibilities:
- meet goals, follow processes, and ensure policies are applied,
- share updates from senior management and help implement strategies,
- spot areas for improvement and suggest changes,
- manage daily operations, track team performance, and meet slas,
- support and coach team members, including agents and specialists,
- assist the deputy general manager in client meetings and solving issues,
- prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly),
- conduct training sessions and help with team development,
- screen candidates for recruitment,
- solve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction,
- drive ongoing improvements and share best practices.
Requirements:
- education: bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (preferred),
- experience: 5+ years in similar roles, including 2+ years in leadership, bpo, or sales. experience with global teams is a plus,
- language: advanced english (c1 level),
- technical skills: familiarity with google cloud products is a bonus.
- ability to develop team members and plan for their growth,
- strong coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,
- creativity and teamwork to improve business processes,
- organized and able to work independently under deadlines,
- comfortable in a fast-paced environment and skilled at managing performance.
