Team Manager (AI Engineer/Data Scientist)

Responsibilities:

• explore innovative applications of Generative AI to meet business objectives,
• integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows,
• collaborate with machine learning scientists and engineers to research, design, and develop advanced Generative AI algorithms for real-world use cases,
• engage with customer-facing teams to identify successful generative AI adoption patterns and share insights across teams and leadership,
• interact directly with customers to understand their challenges, support the implementation of Generative AI solutions, deliver briefings and technical sessions, and guide adoption strategies,
• develop and deliver reusable technical assets to accelerate Generative AI integration across platforms,
• produce and present best practices, tutorials, blog content, sample code, and tailored presentations for technical, business, and executive audiences,
• provide product and engineering teams with customer and market feedback to influence the future direction of AI offerings.

Requirements:

• have a strong foundation in Statistics, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts,
• be proficient in Python libraries such as Scikit-learn, Scipy, Numpy, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras,
• have experience in GenAI projects such as text summarization and chatbot development using LLM models like GPT-4, Med-PaLM, and LLAMA,
• be skilled in fine-tuning open-source LLMs such as LLAMA2 and Google Gemma using techniques like LoRA, Quantization, and QLoRA,
• be experienced with RAG-based architecture using the LangChain framework and applying the Cohere model to fine-tune and rerank GenAI chatbot responses,
• be capable of performing image classification using AI convolutional neural network architectures such as VGG16, ResNet, AlexNet, and Darknet within the Computer Vision domain,
• be able to carry out object detection using frameworks such as YOLO, TFOD, and Detectron,
• demonstrate knowledge in image classification, object detection, tracking, and segmentation techniques,
• have hands-on experience with technologies like Neural Networks, BERT, Transformers, RAG, LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Azure AI Search, Vector DB, and Conversational AI,
• be familiar with LLMs including Azure OpenAI (GPT-4 Turbo), LLAMA2, Google Gemma, Cohere, and the Azure OpenAI Embedding Model,
• hold a master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics,
• be proficient in written and spoken communication in English.
