Responsibilities:
- Contact with users via email, phone and chat
- Represent the organization as a contact unit with strategic users
- Apply solutions and responses to customer inquiries by responding to their needs
- Escalate complex user issues
- Ability to draw conclusions
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (through the use of better tools or product enhancements)
- Work to solve user problems as first contact (escalating when access limitations or tool limitations or technical complexity are present).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience handling customers in a call center environment, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Strong written and oral communication skills in complex environments
- Willingness to undergo product training and adapt quickly to workflow changes
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Comfort discussing technical concepts.
