Responsibilities:
- Contact with users (B2B) via email, phone and chat
- Represent the organization as a contact unit with strategic users
- Apply solutions and responses to customer inquiries by responding to their needs
- Escalate complex user issues
- Ability to draw conclusions
- Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (through the use of better tools or product enhancements)
- Work to solve user problems as first contact (escalating when access limitations or tool limitations or technical complexity are present).
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Russian/ Spanish/ Frnech / German min. B2 and English min. B2
- Min. 1 years of experience in any form of customer service (Technical, Financial, Customer Service Support, Call Center, in tourism and hotel industry )
- Ability to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Willingness to work full from office in Bucharest
