Translation Quality Analyst with Italian

Location:

Responsibilities:

• Validating the accuracy of translations for retail consumer goods-related queries (calls, emails, chat messages) to ensure they are correctly translated by the implemented e-translation solution (machine translation).
• Correcting translation errors and documenting the changes on the platform.
• Ensuring that daily tasks are completed on time through various communication channels, both written and verbal.
• Meeting quality, productivity, and timeline targets while ensuring accuracy in completed tasks.
• Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to achieve a satisfactory audit rating.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e.g., language schools, international experience, translations, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Italian at a minimum C1 level.
• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Strong language expertise, translation skills, and attention to detail for identifying grammatical errors.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule.
