Responsibilities:
- Verification of the accuracy of customer query translations in the consumer goods sector (phone calls, emails, chat messages) performed by an automated translation tool.
- Correction of language errors and documentation of implemented changes on a dedicated platform.
- Ensuring timely completion of daily tasks using various communication channels - both written and verbal.
- Execution of tasks in accordance with defined quality, efficiency, and timeliness indicators, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Compliance with applicable procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards to achieve positive audit outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in customer service is required - this may include work in language schools, translation, or international settings.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level) is essential.
- A good command of Excel and other MS Office tools is expected.
- A strong sense of language, with the ability to identify grammatical errors and accurately translate content, is necessary.
- The role requires teamwork skills and clear communication, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in shifts between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM is required.
