UX/UI Designer with German

Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for demo apps using tools like Flutterflow.
• Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to build tailored pitch materials, prototypes, and client-specific presentations.
• Develop engaging interactive demos and storytelling concepts that highlight cloud-based services across a range of industries.
• Draft conversational scripts for AI-powered chatbots and create content for sales videos and product showcases.
• Support the proposal process by helping structure bid responses and managing timelines and contributions.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings to align teams and define deliverables.
• Conduct industry and user research to better understand customer journeys and solution needs in sectors such as finance, telecom, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and German at B2 level or higher.
• 1 - 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, especially for mobile/web apps or AI-driven tools.
• Understanding of how to translate Gen AI use cases into real-world user flows and customer journeys.
• Experience with storytelling, scriptwriting, or instructional content creation is a strong plus.
• Ability to tailor presentations and app concepts to specific industries, business roles, or user personas.
